Quick FAQ

Before you reserve.

What if my kid doesn't know what level they are?
+
Just pick the level you think matches their experience — coaches re-assess on Monday morning. If we think a different level fits better, we move them and refund or upgrade the difference.
Do you provide bikes and helmets?
+
Yes. We provide loaner helmets and bikes for any rider who needs them. If your kid has their own gear, bring it — we'll do a helmet and fit check on Day 1 regardless.
How do I know if the camp is full?
+
Each week shows live availability in the schedule above. "Almost full" means fewer than 5 spots. When it sells out, we open a waitlist.
Can siblings be in the same camp?
+
If they're both ready for the same level, yes — and we'll group them on the same coach. If their levels are different, we put them in concurrent camps when scheduling allows.
What's the refund policy?
+
Full refund up to 14 days before camp starts. After that, we credit you toward another week. If your kid gets sick mid-camp, we prorate.
